Exide Express Ltd is a company registered in Malawi under company’s Act 1984. Our registration number is 14710. We’re a tax compliant company registered with Malawi Revenue Authority; VAT number 0812688, Tax Payer Identification Number (TPIN) 20215671. We’re always compliant with ALL Tax Clearance Certification requirements. We are also registered with ODPP in suppliers Database pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (Cap.37:03). You can find our offices in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba and Mzuzu.
We are a company being overseen by a board of directors and headed by a Managing Director who provides leadership, strategic direction and control in the operations of the entire entity.
Exide Express Ltd is one of Malawi’s largest automotive batteries suppliers, with an iconic brand and an expansive retail network across the country. Chlo-Batteries/ Exide Express has been strategically divided into two trading regions to facilitate the smooth trading activities. These trading regions are Southern & Eastern Territory as well as the Central & Northern Territory, designed to serve our customers better.
